We, your resident owners, Laura, Kim and Dylan, wish to make your stay as peaceful, private and comfortable as possible.
Our guest house property is spacious and Bunkers Hill is particularly central, situated just minutes from the East London beachfront with its variety of restaurants and take-aways; and within 5 minutes drive from other beaches, the CBD and Berea / Vincent business centres and malls.

Our Dining room is large enough to seat up to 22 people. One large, central, solid wooden table, seating large groups of 10; surrounded by 4 smaller, sleeper wood tables for groups of 3 or less, are spaciously positioned under a magnificent, open vaulted ceiling.
Behind our lemonwood bar, guests will find drinking glasses and a fridge stocked with beer, wine and soft drinks. Honesty bar ethics prevail.
In the far corner is a comfortable sitting area with flat screen TV for those who wish to catch up with the news or a favourite sporting event.
For guests who stay, we offer the Dining Room as a small conference/hosting/ training facility. Catering can be supplied if required. Please inquire for a quote.

Breakfast is served daily between 6.30am and 8.30 am. In special situations, a later breakfast can be requested the night before.
Full English breakfast is our usual offer. However, a lighter option, consisting of fruit juice, cereal selection, toast with preserves and coffee/tea is also available. All dietary requirements are catered for whenever possible, including Halaal, vegetarian, vegan and Banting diets.
Dinner can be arranged too. This usually consists of a meat main course with starch and vegetable/s or salad + dessert + 2 soft drinks. Served between 6 and 6.30 pm.
Lunch packs are also made up on request. Salad or meat rolls or sandwiches, fruit, crisps, biscuits, a sweet and a cool-drink are included.

Our guesthouse has a unique outlook, with magnificent ocean and city views. Spread out below us is the East London Golf Club and the Esplanade.
Guests are welcome to take advantage of our guest entertainment area outside our Dining Room, which showcases our beautiful beachfront.
The braai area is well stocked with wood. We also supply crockery, cutlery, salad bowls, meat platters and tongs. All you need is some fire starters and your food.
Take a seat at the outdoor wooden table, watch a beautiful sunset over the open field next door, or stop by for a nightcap after a dinner out, and forget that you’re actually in the heart of the city.
