Our Cancellation Policy

 

Bookings are confirmed on receipt of deposit.

Full amount is payable for cancellations made less than 4 days prior to arrival, no-show & early departure.

Refunds are at the discretion of management & are dependent on ability to relet rooms reserved; & will incur a 15% admin fee.

All Guests checking in after 21:00 will be liable to pay a non-refundable, late check in fee of R100

The Client is responsible for, but not limited to, insurance to cover cancellation, curtailment, and loss of baggage, damage to personal effects and money – the B&B shall not be held liable in any way. Parking, laundry, the use of the ironing room, barbecue area, swimming pool and all amenities are at the guest’s risk,  Hoylake Inn absolves itself of any liability from claim arising due to the use of these facilities.
